GBPD arrests woman wanted in church thefts. Mary Pepin was arrested on a warrant and was found to have a stolen prescription and an electric weapon in her possession.
The Appleton PD had alerted The GBPD that a warrant existed on Mary Pepin and that she had stolen from churches in their area. The GBPD alerted Green Bay Churches and distributed her photo.
A person form St. John's Church saw the woman outside their building and notified the police who arrested her a few blocks away hiding by a dumpster. The woman had stolen medication and a 19'' baton style stun gun in her possession.
