FOUNDERS DAY FIREWORKS SUNDAY JULY 31, 2011 
ALGONQUIN: The annual Founders’ Days fireworks event will take place on July 31, 2011. Pedestrians will begin coming to the area at 4:00 p.m. The event will conclude between 9:30 and 10:00 p.m. North Harrison St. will be closed to vehicle traffic between Front St. and Edward St. At the conclusion of the fireworks heavy pedestrian traffic will result in a vehicle traffic stoppage on both Rt. 31 and Algonquin Rd. in the area of the event. Expect heavy pedestrian and vehicle traffic and time delays when travelling in this area.
