Free VIN (Vehicle ID Number) Etching seminar at the Chester Town Hall on Wed 7/27/11 from 10AM-2PM. 
The Town of Chester Police Department will be holding a free VIN Etching seminar at the Chester Town Hall on Wednesday, July 27, 2011 from 10AM - 2PM. Your vehicle's identification number will be etched onto the glass of the vehicle to help reduce theft and increase recovery of stolen vehicles. Many insurance companies offer a discount for vehicle's with etching completed. This is a FREE service!
