Narrative:
On the above date and time, the Ventura Police Department responded to the 7500 block of Lemur in an attempt to locate a possible stabbing victim. Arriving officers located the victim, Ribeiro, who was bleeding from a stab wound to his upper torso.
The investigation revealed Ribeiro was attending a nearby party when he became involved in a verbal confrontation with several other males. Ribeiro was leaving when he was attacked and received one stab wound to his upper torso. Ribeiro escaped the attack and was transported to the Ventura County Medical Center where he was treated for his non-life threatening injuries. The investigation into this matter is ongoing.
