Missing juvenile from Mount Laurel, Ciara Scheets, was located in Philadelphia and returned home safely. 
15 year old Ciara Scheets was located by the Philadelphia Police Department and returned to her parents in good condition and without further incident. The Mount Laurel Police Department would like to thank everyone who was concerned for the safety of Ciara and assisted with this investigation.
