USE OF ALL CONSUMER FIREWORKS BANNED IN PINAL COUNTY 
As of June 22nd the Board of Supervisors has banned the use of all consumer "fireworks" due to the increased risk of wildfires. Although consumer fireworks may still be sold under Title 36-1606, they are presently banned from use until further notice. Please have a safe and Happy Holiday weekend!
