59 Hwy closed at 45 Hwy due to flood waters - No longer able to access MoKan Bridge into Atchison KS 
Ron Hook has announced the closure of 59 Hwy West at Winthrop due to flood waters. The road will be closed at 59 Hwy and 45 Hwy. There will no longer be access to Atchison KS via the MoKan Bridge.
