This Saturday and Sunday, June 18th and 19th, Pet Food Express – Walnut Creek will be sponsoring a fundraiser to support the Walnut Creek Police Department’s K9 Unit.

Pet Food Express will donate all proceeds from its pet washes and collect donations this weekend to the WCPD K9 Unit. The money collected will support the continued success of the K9 program and the department’s goal to add an additional K9 team to the program.

Walnut Creek Officers Pat Duggan and Joe Donleavy will be present at the store during various times of the day with their K9 partners Orfas and Kar.

The Walnut Creek Police Department thanks Pet Food Express and the community for their support of the K9 Unit. Contributions from the community have supplemented funding for training, equipment, and the purchase of Kar. So come on out to Pet Food Express, 1388 South California Blvd., Walnut Creek.
