There was an Agg Assault at Kmart located at 2000 Barnett Shoals Rd. in Athens. The victim was stabbed in the chest, but the injury is non life-threatening. James McLeroy 10-6-1979 is in custody. Sixteen year old white male, is still at large. The weapon was retrieved during the investigation.
