Nixle discontinued.

The Newport Fire Department will no longer use Nixle as a means of releasing information to the community. While a basic version is still free, the higher end functions of Nixle will require an annual payment which is cost prohibitive at this time. We will continue to look for ways to communicate information to our residents and taxpayers. Until then, we will use media releases through local news outlets to convey important information to the public.
