Major traffic impacts in beach area, downtown and Ocean Street expected all afternoon for Durbin Day. Expect delays. 
The Santa Cruz Police Department is anticipating traffic delays in the beach area, downtown and the Ocean Street corridor this afternoon for James Durbin Day. The Department will also be facilitating rolling road closures for the parade from Louden Nelson to the beach beginning around 4:30 pm. Traffic officers will be in the area to help mitigate impacts but the department still anticipates delays throughout the afternoon.
