see attached email regarding installation of sidewalks on Williamstown Rd between Annapolis Dr and the Target Store 
New sidewalks are being installed along Williamstown Rd between Annapolis Dr and the Target Store (Independance Blvd). Construction beginning 5/9/11 and is expected to last until 5/27/11 between the hours of 7:00am and 5:00pm. Roadway will remain open but will be an active work zone. Drivers are reminded to use caution when in the area of the work zone and be mindful of the workers and equipment.
