Santa Cruz Police are asking for the public to call 9-1-1 if they see a black Cadillac sedan with tinted windows and California license plate of 5VIC952 that was involved in a possible abduction that occurred near the intersection of North Pacific Avenue and Water Street.

The victim was described as a Hispanic Female Adult in her 20's slender build, dark wavy hair wearing tan bra and dark colored pants. The suspect was described as a Hispanic Male adult 6'00", 235 pounds, black hair, brown eyes wearing a baggy white t-shirt and unknown color baseball cap.

The victim jumped out of the vehicle at the intersection. The suspect got out of the vehicle and grabbed the victim and pulled her back in the vehicle. The victim was screaming for someone to call 9-1-1. The victim lost her shirt at the intersection.

Police sent information to neighboring Agencies and are following up on leads for possible addresses of the vehicle. If seen, please call 9-1-1 immediately.
