New Jersey man arrested for burglary and terroristic threats Thursday morning. Photo attached.

This morning at approximately 8:48 AM, Lower Paxton Twp. Police responded to the 4700 block of Count St. for an active disturbance that was possibly a domestic. Upon arrival, they discovered that a residence had been forcibly entered and an occupant threatened. At the scene, police arrested Rene Manuel Torres-Pagan, 21 years of age of Newark, NJ for Burglary, Terroristic Threats and Possession of Instruments of Crime. Torres-Pagan had lived at the mobile home in the past and the victim is an ex-girlfriend of his. He is charged with breaking in and threatening her life and was in possession of a screwdriver and a box cutter when arrested. Last night, he had been threatening her via text message. Torres-Pagan is awaiting arraignment before Magisterial District Judge Joseph Lindsey and Dauphin County Adult Probation has filed a detainer on him.
