POTENTIAL FOR LONG TRACK TORNADOES THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING IN MIDDLE TENNESSEE.

AT 335 PM CDT...A WARM FRONT CURRENTLY DRAPED ALONG THE ALABAMA BORDER WILL LIFT NORTHWARD OVER THE NEXT FEW HOURS AND THIS WILL ALLOW FOR SUPER CELL STORMS INCLUDING LONG TRACK TORNADOES TO MOVE RAPIDLY NORTHEAST THROUGH MIDDLE TENNESSEE.

RESIDENTS OF MIDDLE TENNESSEE NEED TO MAKE PLANS NOW FOR WHERE YOU AND YOUR FAMILY WILL TAKE COVER SHOULD A TORNADO WARNING BE ISSUED FOR YOUR AREA. NUMEROUS TORNADOES HAVE ALREADY OCCURRED IN NORTH ALABAMA THIS AFTERNOON.

THIS IS A PARTICULARY DANGEROUS SITUATION FOR TORNADOES.
