Purse snatching occured at 7th & Topeka on Thur 21 April. No suspect description. Use caution. 
On Thurs 21 April a female victim reported a purse snatching as she was walking at 7th & Topeka Blvd during the daytime hours. Suspect was on a bicycle and approached her from behind and grabbed her shoulder bag as he passed. No description available.
