Detectives Make Arrests on Double Shooting 
Modesto, CA- Modesto Police detectives are making progress in solving a double shooting that occurred in northwest Modesto. Although two suspects have been arrested in connection with the shooting, police are looking for help in locating and identifying other suspects and witnesses.
On Sunday, March 27th, at about 8:30 p.m., Modesto Police officers were called to a shooting that had occurred in northwest Modesto. Two shooting victims were found in a parked car in the parking lot of Grace Davis High School, located at the corner of Tully Road and West Rumble Avenue. The two victims were taken to nearby hospitals and treated for their injuries. One victim remains in critical condition, while the other was treated and has since been released from the hospital.
Investigators have learned the victims met with several suspects in the 2600 block of Chester Drive in northwest Modesto. Although investigators are still uncovering the events which led up to the shooting, police believe drugs and gang affiliation played a role in the violent assault.
To date, two suspects have been arrested in this case. Ronald Foster, a 24-year-old Spring Valley resident, was arrested in Bakersfield on March 29th. Brandon Gamino, a 27-year-old San Leandro resident, was arrested in Modesto on April 5th. Both of these individuals are currently in custody in the Stanislaus County Jail and face charges of attempted murder, robbery, and drug charges to include transportation and sales of marijuana.
A third suspect, Arthur Michael Ray Marker-Solis, a 22-year-old Modesto resident, remains outstanding and is currently wanted for attempted murder, robbery, and drug violations to include transportation and sales of marijuana.
Marker-Solis has friends and family in Hayward and the Bay Area. Marker-Solis is considered armed and dangerous and police ask anyone who may have information on Marker-Solis’ whereabouts to call 911.
Investigators believe there may be other witnesses who were present during the assault and they would like to speak to them.
