Due to weather conditions, there are several traffic lights in the city that are not functioning. As a reminder, when a traffic signal is out drivers are required by law to make a complete stop at the intersection as if it is a stop sign in all directions. Please adhere to the law to make it safe for all people travelling during this time.

In addition, be aware that water and other debris including tree branches/limbs has collected on city streets. Take caution when driving to avoid potential dangers/hazards.
