* FLASH FLOOD WATCH FOR PORTIONS OF EAST ARKANSAS...NORTH MISSISSIPPI...SOUTHEAST MISSOURI AND WEST TENNESSEE... INCLUDING THE FOLLOWING AREAS...IN EAST ARKANSAS...CLAY... CRAIGHEAD...CRITTENDEN...CROSS...GREENE...LAWRENCE...LEE... MISSISSIPPI...PHILLIPS...POINSETT...RANDOLPH AND ST. FRANCIS. IN NORTH MISSISSIPPI...COAHOMA...DESOTO...PANOLA...QUITMAN... TALLAHATCHIE...TATE AND TUNICA. IN SOUTHEAST MISSOURI... DUNKLIN AND PEMISCOT. IN WEST TENNESSEE...DYER...LAKE... LAUDERDALE...OBION...SHELBY AND TIPTON.

* FROM 6 PM CST FRIDAY THROUGH 6 PM CST SATURDAY.

* TOTAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS BETWEEN 2 AND 3 INCHES ARE EXPECTED...WITH ISOLATED HIGHER AMOUNTS IN AREAS WHERE THUNDERSTORMS MOVE REPEATEDLY ACROSS THE SAME AREAS.
