Walnut Creek Police seeks your help in locating a missing "at risk" person:

Robert Stepp, 88 years old. white male, 5'11", 230lbs. gray hair, blue eyes. last seen wearing a blue t-shirt, khaki pants, khaki jacket.

Subject was last seen at John Muir Hospital, 1601 Ygnacio Valley Rd, Walnut Creek. He was waiting for his daughter in the passenger seat of her vehicle, a white GMC sonoma pickup with a white camper shell. lic plt 6b43421. the vehicle also had 2 dogs inside. when the daughter returned to her vehicle, it was gone. the subject has dementia and has not driven in 5 years.
