Graffiti found on public park building. 
On 02/26/2011, at 08:42 am P.O. Joseph Sulikowski found graffiti at Rudyk Park, 820 State St. while he was checking the area. The Officer observed graffiti on the field building north side wall. In white and black spray paint was written what appeared to be "hoawl" in bubble type letters.
