Police arrested Wilber Santiago (05/23/65) yesterday who was carrying a large screen TV from the area of Hidden Village area. The subject was also in possession of burglary tools. Arrest made by Sgt. Jimenez of the Special Investigation Unit. Santiago is from Perth Amboy.
