Advisory

Ada has declared a Snow Emergency. All vehicles must be removed from Emergency Snow Routes until snow is cleared.

The Village of Ada has declared a Snow Route Emergency. Visit www.adapd.org for more information.

As per Ada Codified Ordinance, the Ada Village Administrator and Ada Police Chief have declared a snow emergency in light of the amount of snow that has fallen and which is expected.

As a result of this emergency, no person shall park on a street that has been designated a Snow Route until our street crews have had the opportunity to clear the snow from the street and right of way.

Please note that once the route has been cleared vehicles may once again park in these locations as long as no additional snow is expected.

Vehicles parked in violation of this section will be towed at the expense of the owner. The registered owner of a vehicle parked in violation of this section is prima-facie liable. Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be subject to a fine of not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00).

During a declared snow emergency, this section shall supersede all other parking regulations.

For additional information on this ordinance and specific street names, please visit www.adapd.org.
