Unfortunately, some subjects have taken advantage of the warmer weather to break into motor vehicles in the downtown area and steal items of value. Please ensure to remove any and all valuables from your vehicles until the thieves can be apprehended. If anyone has any information about the recent thefts, they are encourage to contact the Somersworth Police Department at 692-3131 or call Crimeline at 692-9111. The thefts occurred between 02/17/11 and 02/18/11 in the late evening to earlier morning hours. Thank you for your assistance.
