Brown is wanted by the Laurens County Sheriff’s Office for Criminal Sexual Conduct With a Minor Second Degree, Lewd Act On A Minor, Contributing To The Delinquency of a Minor, Tattooing Under The Age of 21, and Illegal Tattooing.
