The Bell Gardens Police Department and Chief Robert Barnes are pleased to announce the promtions of Officers Mike Sarno and Efren Aguiire to the rank of Sergeant. Both officers are long time employees of the department and have worked a wide variety of assignments. They will assume their new positions effective Sunday, February 20, 2011.
