Gun Seized—Four Arrested During Disturbance. 
On Saturday, January 29, 2011, Kalamazoo Public Safety received reports of a large fight, with shots being fired, in the 100 block of W. Belmont. As officers were responding, dispatchers received additional 911 calls with at least one report of a person having been shot.
The first officers on scene reported a large crowd in the street with multiple people fighting. Officers did not locate any gunshot victims.
