Kimberly & Little Chute adopt ordinance prohibiting the use, possession, purchase & sale of K2 (synthetic marijuana) 
The Villages of Kimberly and Little recently adopted an ordinance prohibiting the use, possession, purchase or sale of K2 (synthetic marijuana) within the village limits. Other area municipalities have adopted a similar ordinance.
K2, also known as “spice”, “genie”, “yucatan fire”, “fake” marijuana, “new” marijuana and other names, is an incense composed of natural herbs that when smoked, produce intoxicative effects similar to marijuana. Violations of the ordinance will result in monetary fines.
