Light snow will be possible across the northern portions of
central Alabama this evening. A cold front will slide through the
area this evening with a change over from rain to snow behind the
front. Snowfall may begin as early as 7 pm across the northwest
And then slide east...while sagging southward during the evening
hours. Most of the precipitation will end between midnight and 3
am. The highest accumulation will be along and north of a Vernon
to Centre line...where amounts could reach a quarter of an inch.
Further to the south a dusting of snow could occur as far south as
A line from Livingston to Roanoke.
