Please be advised on January 6, 2011, at approximately 10 a.m., the Charter One Bank at 1165 E. Waterloo Rd. was robbed. The suspect is described as a black male aged late 20's to early 30's. He was wearing a blue ski mask, all black clothing and black work boots. The subject fled the bank on foot and went North towards the Rosemary Apartments.
