Christmas Day Robbery

Dearborn, Mi.— On Sunday December 25, 2010 at approximately 8:30 PM a black male subject entered the BP Station located at 15500 Michigan Avenue and robbed the attendant at gun point. During the robbery the suspect struck the victim in the head with a pistol. The victim was not seriously injured and declined medical attention. The suspect fled on foot with an undisclosed amount of cash. The incident was captured by video surveillance. The suspect is described as a well dressed black male 40 years old, 6’1”-6’3”, medium build, wearing a brown cap, a long tan overcoat, a neck tie, and a blue vest and pants. Police Chief Ronald Haddad stated “These are the crimes and circumstances where the public’s assistance become crucial.” Police are asking for assistance with identifying the perpetrator.
