With rain in the forecast, Concord residents are reminded that free, filled sandbags (up to 25) are available from the City Corporation Yard, 1455 Gasoline Alley, Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Please call (925) 671-3050 to make arrangements for pickup.
