PCH closed to all BUT RESIDENTS north of Kanan Rd until further notice due to landslide in Ventura County. 
Cal Trans has closed Pacific Coast Hwy (State Route 1) from Kanan Rd to 4.4 miles south of Oxnard due to a landslide in Ventura County. CHP is in charge of the roadblocks. Only residents will be allowed north of Kanan Rd in Los Angeles County. No Traffic will be allowed past the slide area; an alternate route (such as the 101 freeway) is required for travel to the Camarillo/Oxnard area. It is unknown when it will be safe to reopen PCH to all traffic.
