Officers responded to the 7600 block of Appaloosa Lane at 1645 hours on a report that the homeowner was operating an illegal unlicensed child care business in the home. Upon further investigations officers charged a 41 year old female for illegal unlicensed child care.
Officers responded to a report of a minor property damage accident that occurred in the 6800 block of Lake Drive at 1733 hours where a vehicle rear ended another vehicle. No injuries were reported.

Officers responded to a report of a property damage accident that occurred in the 900 block of Birch Street at 1514 hours where a vehicle went off the roadway and struck a mailbox. The driver, a 19 year old male from Lino Lakes was cited for no proof of insurance and inattentive driving.

Officers stopped a vehicle for an inoperable rear taillight and subsequently arrested the driver, a 43 year old male from Lino Lakes for 3rd degree DWI that occurred in the 6800 block of Lake Drive at 0001 hours. The male was transported to the Anoka County Jail for booking.

Officers responded to a report of a burglary that occurred in the 6200 block of West Shadow Lake Drive when unknown suspect(s) entered the attached garage some time during the night hours and removed a wallet containing cash and credit cards along with a checkbook.
Responded to a report of a burglary that occurred in the 6600 block of Sherman Lake Road when unknown suspect(s) entered two vehicles located in an attached garage and removed approximately 100 CD’s, sunglasses, and keys for both vehicles some time during the night hours.
Officers responded to a property damage accident that occurred in the 2200 block of Main Street at 1442 hours when a vehicle side swiped another vehicle as it was moving over a lane to turn. No injuries were reported.
Officer received a report of a found bicycle in the 6900 block of Sunrise Drive at 1335 hours. The bike, a Mongoose brand was put into our property room for owner to claim.
Responded to a car hit deer property damage accident that occurred in the 6500 block of Hodgson Road. No injuries were reported, a deer possession tag was issued for the deer.
Officer responded to a report of theft from a motor vehicle that occurred in a parking lot in the 600 block of Apollo Drive at 2257 hours when unknown suspect(s) broke the window of a vehicle and removed a purse that contained a wallet with credit cards and cash. On Sunday, November 21st, Elk River Police Department arrested a male who had possession of the victim’s credit card. Case is under further investigations.
Officer stopped a vehicle for failure to signal in the 1600 block of Birch Street at 1242 hours. A 37 year old male from Blaine was subsequently arrested for driving after cancellation/inimical to public safety and for no proof of insurance. The male was transported to the Anoka County jail for booking.

Officer stopped a vehicle for an inoperable license plate light in the 6300 block of Hodgson Road at 0117 hours. A 20 year old female from Circle Pines was subsequently arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and for no license plate light.
Officer arrested a 55 year old male from Lino Lakes for an outstanding gross misdemeanor warrant out of Anoka County in the 100 block of White Pine Road at 1257 hours. The male was transported to the Anoka County jail for booking.

Officers responded to property damage accident that occurred in the 7600 block of Lake Drive at 1406 hours. Two vehicles collided in an intersection. No injuries were reported.
Officers responded to a property damage accident that occurred in the 6600 block of Hodgson Road at 1116 hours. A vehicle rear ended another vehicle. No injuries were reported.

Police stopped a vehicle for speeding in the 8100 block of 35E at 0102 hours. A 49 year old male from Forest Lake was subsequently arrested for 4th degree DWI.
Police responded to a car hit deer property damage accident that occurred in the 8200 block of Lake Drive at 0629 hours. No injuries were reported.
Police responded for a report of theft from a motor vehicle that occurred in the 6400 block of Hokah Drive at 2029 hours. Unknown suspect(s) removed several copper pipes from a work van during the night hours.

Police responded to a call regarding a vehicle in the ditch in the 6700 block of Hodgson Road at 0825 hours. A 19 year old male from Lino Lakes was subsequently arrested for underage drinking and driving and for careless driving. No injuries were reported.
Police responded to a property damage accident that occurred in the 7900 block of Main Street at 1306 hours. Two vehicles collided in the intersection. No injuries were reported.
A red BMX style was found in the 100 block of Ulmer Drive at 2059 hours. The bike was transported to the Lino Lakes Police Department to be claimed by owner.

Police responded for a report of property damage that occurred in the 7800 block of Country Lane at 1515 hours. Unknown suspect(s) damaged Christmas decorations at the end of a driveway at an unknown time.
Arrested a 27 year old female from Shoreview for 3rd degree DWI, careless driving, possession of a small amount of marijuana in a motor vehicle and for possession of drug paraphernalia in the 400 block of Main Street at 2346 hours. The female was transported to the Anoka County jail for booking.
Police responded to a one vehicle property damage accident that occurred in the 1100 block of W Holly Drive at 1311 hours. The driver lost control and ended up in a pond. No injuries were reported.

Police stopped a vehicle for a stop light and signaling violation in the 7000 block of 35E at 2322 hours. A 20 year old male from Shoreview was subsequently arrested for possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle, possession of drug paraphernalia, obstructing legal process, signaling violation and for stop light violation.

Arrested a 61 year old male from Lino Lakes for an outstanding warrant in the 1400 block of Woodland Drive at 1009 hours. The male was transported to the Anoka County jail for booking.
Police responded for report of damage to property that occurred in the 400 block of Birch Street at 1708 hours. A vehicle struck a tree in a yard at an unknown time.
Police responded for a report of theft from a motor vehicle that occurred in the 800 block of Country Lakes Drive at 0812 hours. Unknown suspect(s) damaged a window of a vehicle to gain entry and removed a GPS and some cash at an unknown time.
Arrested a 55 year old male from Lino Lakes for an outstanding warrant in the 100 block of White Pine Road at 1111 hours. The male was transported to the Anoka County jail for booking.

Officers arrested a 28 year old male from Hugo at Main Street and 35E at 1804 hours for an outstanding warrant from Isanti County. The male was transported to the Anoka County Jail for booking.
Officers responded to a suspicious activity report in the 600 block of River Birch Place at 0551 hours and subsequently found an abandoned bicycle. The mountain bike was placed into our property room to be claimed by owner.
Officers received a call of a theft from motor vehicle that occurred in the 6600 block of Tele Lane when unknown suspect(s) entered an unlocked vehicle and removed an unknown amount of loose change some time during the night hours.
Officers responded to a property damage accident that occurred in the 2200 block of Main Street at 1011 hours when a vehicle had lost control, hit the median and while waiting for a tow another vehicle was getting off the freeway and subsequently lost control of their vehicle striking the other vehicle that was waiting for the tow. No injuries were reported.
Officers responded to the 700 block of Apollo Drive at 1109 hours on a report of theft from a motor vehicle that had just occurred. Upon arrival the officers found that the passenger side window had been broken and a purse, GPS and a cell phone were taken from the vehicle. Case is currently under investigations.
Officers responded to a property damage accident that occurred in the 1200 block of Ash Street at 0508 hours when a vehicle slid off the road due to the recent snow fall and ended in the ditch. No injuries were reported.

While on routine patrol in the area of Glenview Drive and Rustic Lane officers observed a vehicle parked on the wrong side of the street. The owner, a 52 year old male from Lino Lakes was cited for parking on the wrong side of the roadway at 1355 hours.

Officers responded to a report of a personal injury accident that occurred in the 6300 block of Centerville Road at 1642 hours. Upon arrival officers learned that there were not injuries and that a 46 year old from White Bear Lake had driven the vehicle off the roadway and into a tree. After further investigations the officer subsequently arrested the male for 3rd degree DWI. The male was transported to the Anoka County Jail for booking.
While on routine patrol in the 7400 block of Lake Drive at 2146 hours officers observed a vehicle in the ditch. Upon speaking with the driver, a 58 year old male from Lino Lakes was subsequently arrested for 4th degree DWI.

Officers responded to a property damage accident that occurred in the 500 block of Town Center Parkway at 1540 hours when a vehicle was stopped for a red light and another vehicle slid into the rear of the vehicle after sliding on ice. No injuries were reported.
Officers responded to a property damage accident that occurred in the 6900 block of Otter Lake Road at 0935 hours when a vehicle slid on some ice and struck another vehicle. No injuries were reported.

Officers stopped a vehicle for obstructed rear license plate that occurred in the 200 block of Ash Street at 2324 hours and subsequently arrested the driver, a 38 year old male from Anoka for 2nd degree DWI, refusal to test. The male was transported to the Anoka County Jail for booking.
Officers responded to the 1400 block of Canfield Road on a report of theft from motor vehicle which occurred when unknown suspect(s) siphoned approximately $30 worth of gas some time during the night hours.

While on patrol officers came across an accident at Ash Street and Centerville Road at 0749 hours when a vehicle rear ended another vehicle at the intersection. No injuries were reported.
Arrested a 32 year old male from Lino Lakes for driving after suspension in the 7600 block of Lake Drive at 2238 hours.

Arrested a 25 year old male from Forest Lake for driving after revocation that occurred in the 400 block of Apollo Drive at 1147 hours.

Officers responded to a hit and run property damage accident that occurred at Hodgson Road and Lake Drive at 0820 hours when a vehicle rear ended another vehicle causing that vehicle to strike the vehicle in front of it. The driver pulled into the parking lot, looked at the damage and then left without leaving any information. No injuries were reported.

Arrested a 47 year old female from Centerville for 3rd degree DWI in the 7300 block of 35E at 2320 hours. The female was transported to the Anoka County jail for booking.
Police responded to a property damage accident that occurred at Hodgson Road and Birch Street at 1657 hours. Two vehicles collided in the intersection. No injuries were reported.
Police responded to a report of property damage that occurred in the 2000 block of 80th Street at 1505 hours. Unknown suspect(s) damaged a vehicle parked in a driveway overnight.

Arrested a 34 year old male from Minneapolis for 4th degree DWI and for driving after revocation in the 300 block of 35W at 0209 hours. The male was transported to the Anoka County jail for booking.
Police responded to a property damage accident that occurred in the 7900 block of Lake Drive at 1617 hours. No injuries were reported.
Arrested a 46 year old male from Prior Lake for an outstanding misdemeanor warrant in the 1100 block of Birch Street at 1003 hours. The male was transported to the Anoka County jail for booking.
Police responded to a property damage accident that occurred in the intersection of Lake Drive and Apollo Drive at 1953 hours. No injuries were reported.

Arrested a 22 year old male from Centerville for 4th degree DWI, indecent exposure and for possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle after an officer observed him urinating in the roadway in the 400 block of Elm Street at 0141 hours.
