Expect Traffic Delays on PA Ave. between 7th st.& the PJ Bridge on Sunday 12/05 @ 2pm. X-Mas Parade. Use Alternate Rt 
The annual Tri-State Chamber Parade will be on Sunday December 5, 2010 at 2pm. The parade will cross over the port jervis Bridge and continue on Pennsylvania Avenue to Seventh Street in Matamoras.
Expect Traffic delays and use alternate routes during this time.
