This case involves the murder of Shamir Garnelo, DOB 4-1-88, 310 West Bates Street, Plant City, who was found dead in the bathroom of the American Legion Hall 173 at 1750 Arcadia Road in Holiday on Halloween. He was at a combined birthday-Halloween party.
