Subject: Homicide Investigation -1100 Washington Ave.
Arrested: Justin J. Blakemore -05/04/87- Racine WI.


A 23 year old man from Racine has been arrested for this homicide. Justin J. Blakemore was taken into custody on outstanding warrants yesterday evening. Justin J. Blakemore has been arrested for 1st Degree Intentional Homicide, Attempted 1st Degree Intentional Homicide and Armed Robbery. Formal charges are anticipated from the Racine County District Attorney’s Office.

The 39 year old male killed in this homicide has been identified as Robert E. Davis of Racine. The 29 year old male injured has been identified as Willie J. King also of Racine.
On 11/02/10 at about 6:15 P.M. the Racine Police Department received a call of two people who had been shot inside Tinos Carry Out at 1100 Washington Ave. Officers responded and located two male shooting victims inside the restaurant. Racine Fire Department Rescue transported both victims to Wheaton Franciscan-All Saints.

The preliminary investigation indicates the two victims entered Tinos at 1100 Washington Ave. and both victims were then shot inside the restaurant. The victims were transported to Wheaton Franciscan-All Saints by Racine Fire Department Rescue. The 39 year old victim was pronounced deceased a short time later. The 29 year old victim was treated for life threatening injuries at Wheaton Franciscan-All Saints.
