San Diego Officer Killed in the Line of Duty - Statement from Acting Chief of Police, Captain Dale Johnson.

I am saddened to announce the passing of San Diego Police Officer Christopher Wilson, a 17 year member of the Department. He was killed in the line of duty early yesterday morning.
Funeral arrangements are pending at this time.
Black bands are authorized until Officer Wilson is laid to rest. The Department flags will be lowered to half staff.
Please keep the members of the San Diego Police Department and Officer William’s family in your thoughts and prayers.
