Joe Brown has been located 
Our missing person, Joe Brown, was observed by a resident of Detroit walking on side streets west of Kelly in Detroit. The resident heard a description of a man missing from Harper Woods on Ch. 4 (WDIV) and realized that the man he observed was the missing person we were looking for. He contacted Harper Woods PD and our officers transported Joe to his home. He is in good health, our department and Joe's family are grateful to the caller and the local media for Joe being returned home.
