Harper Woods Police are seeking assistance from the public in locating a missing person. Joe Henry Brown was last seen at 3:00 pm yesterday at his home on Woodcrest near Lansdowne. Joe Brown suffers from dementia; he is believed to have walked away from the residence.
Joe Brown is described as a black male, 60 years old, gray hair, brown eyes, 5'9", 245 lbs, wearing a white long sleeve pullover shirt, blue dress pants, and blue flip flop shoes.
Joe is an endangered missing person due to his physical and mental condition.
