Campus Speed Limits
The following traffic controls are applicable to the grounds of the California State University, San Bernardino campus, unless otherwise indicated.
No persons shall drive a vehicle on university streets, roads or highways at a speed greater than is reasonable and prudent under the conditions and having regard to the actual and potential hazards then existing; but in no event shall a person drive a vehicle in excess of 15 miles per hour unless a different speed is authorized and indicated by the university.
The maximum posted speed limit at which vehicles may proceed on or along roadways is as follows:
• 50 MPH Northpark Blvd, between Campus Pkwy and Little Mountain Dr.
• 25 MPH E. Campus Cir, between Northpark Blvd and N. Campus Cir.
• 25 MPH N. Campus Cir, between W. Campus Cir. and E. Campus Cir.
• 15 MPH is the maximum speed limit at which vehicles may proceed on or along all other roadways, service roads and parking area of the California State University, San Bernardino campus.
To ensure the safety of our students, faculty, staff and guest, the University Police Department will be enforcing all speed violations on and adjacent to the campus.
