Tornado warning in effect for Eastern parks of Hamilton County including Newtown until 1:30pm Eastern

The National Weather Service issued a Tornado Warning for Eastern Hamilton County including Newtown until 1:30pm Eastern.

At 1240pm EDT, radar indicated a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado. This dangerous storm was located near Newtown, moving northeast at 70 mph. In addition to the tornado, this storm is capable of producing destructive straight line winds.
Locations impacted include, Milford, Batavia, Loveland, Morrow, Fayetteville, Blanchester, are near the path of this dangerous thunderstorm.

A weather warning indicates a confirmed, current and present danger to this area.
