The application period for assistance programs for the October 29-30 severe storm, tornadoes, and flooding damage ends November 25, 2009 at 4 PM. If you have eligible damage you should file your claim prior to 4 PM November 25th. Call the state disaster assistance hotline at 888-683-2336 for more information. Hours of operation are Monday - Friday, 8AM until 4PM until November 25th.
