Missing Person: Jeffrey "Rico" Cervantes, 44 - white male, 5'10, 150lbs, black hair brown eyes- does not have meds

The Rochester Police Department is looking for any information on a missing person, Jeffrey "Rico" Cervantes, 44 - white male, 5'10, 150lbs, black hair brown eyes- does not have meds.

Subject was last seen on Sunday September 19th - has a medical condition and does not have medicine with him. Last seen in the Chestnut Hill Road area.

He is missing part of his middle finger on his right hand.
