Hurst PD phones are experiencing issues. Please call 817-788-7180 for ANY nonemergency issues, 911 for emergencies. 
Due to the storms on Wednesday, the phone lines for the Hurst Police Department began experiencing problems. Callers receive a busy signal when calling the PD on most of the nonemergency phone lines. We are asking callers to use 817-788-7180 (our main dispatch phone line) for any nonemergency issues (including records, jail, administration, etc.). The 9-1-1 system is still working properly.
ATT has not been able to give us an estimate on when the phones will be fixed.
