CERT Classes 
Citizen Corps of Washington County is pleased to announce two Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) classes are scheduled in Washington County this fall. The training is covered over three days, culminating in a mock disaster exercise on the last day of class.
Germantown Fire Department, Station 2
Thursday – Sept. 16 6pm – 10pm
Thursday – Sept. 23 6pm – 10pm
Saturday – Sept. 25 8am – 5pm
Hartford Fire Department
Wednesday – Oct 13 6pm – 10pm
Wednesday – Oct 20 6pm – 10pm
Saturday – Oct 23 8am – 5pm
TRAINING IS FREE however, a $20 reservation fee payable to “Citizen Corps of WC” is required to save your spot in class. The fee will be refunded upon successful completion of the class. All three days must be attended to count for completion.
This year, youth ages 13 - 17 are eligible to participate in CERT training as long as they are accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Why not make this a family emergency preparedness project!
