Synopsis:
A 26 year old male was walking S/B on 4400 Cass Street approaching Grand Av. He crossed Grand Av at the traffic signal against the red hand. He made it 3/4’s of the way across the street when the traffic signal for the E/B and W/B traffic turned green. He was struck by a black pick-up truck that entered the intersection with the green light. The pick-up truck fled the scene. The pedestrian was taken to a local trauma center with a broken pelvis. Traffic Division is handling the investigation.
