The Harper Woods Police Department invites you to learn how to start a Neighborhood Watch Program 
The Harper Woods Police Department is proud to present a two hour forum on how to start a Neighborhood Watch Program on Saturday November 14th from 2pm to 4pm. The event will be held at Eastland Mall in their meeting room on the lower level. This will also include safety tips for your home and personal safety.
Refreshments provided and the event is free to the public. This will be a very informative event and will include safety tips for the upcoming holiday season.
