Modesto, CA- Detectives from the Modesto Police Department have released a surveillance video of a recent commercial burglary. The video depicts three suspects police hope to identify with the help of the community.

On August 10, 2010 at about 6:00 AM, the Stop and Shop Liquor Store, located at 3121 Yosemite #5 in Modesto, was burglarized. Three suspects arrived at the scene in a silver newer Chevy Malibu hatchback. The suspects exited the vehicle, walked up to the store, and made entry outside of the view of the surveillance camera. Although entry was made, nothing was taken by the suspects. Police are releasing the surveillance video hoping someone from the community will call and help investigators identify these suspects.

Suspect #1- WMA, 30-40, thin build, baseball hat with “FLIP” on it, olive green/tan hooded sweatshirt, blue jean shorts, black tennis shoes, gray/black mechanic’s gloves

Suspect #2- WMA, 40’s, heavyset (240), blue, white, gray zipper hooded windbreaker (possibly Dallas Cowboys), blue jean shorts, black tennis shoes (identifiable based on video quality).

Suspect #3-WMA, 30’s, medium build, blue pants, blue hooded sweatshirt, white tennis shoes.

Police ask anyone who may have information regarding this incident to please call Crime Stoppers toll free @ (209) 521-4636. Callers to Crime Stoppers can remain anonymous and may be eligible for a cash reward. Tipsters can also text information to Crime Stoppers by sending a text message to 274637.
