On Oct. 30 and 31st an 8 PM curfew will be in effect for children 16 and under 
Cabbage Nite and Halloween Curfew Ordinance is as follows: No child, 16 years of age or under, may be present on the streets of the Borough of Old Tappan after 8:00 P.M. on the nights of October 30 or October 31, unless accompanied by a parent, guardian or other adult. Please help us to have a safe and damage free weekend.
